Abnormal vaginal discharge and fishy odor. You may also experience itching or burning sensations although these are less frequent to women with bacterial vaginosis.
The discharge is usually thin and grayish white. The discharge is often more noticeable after sexual intercourse and can vary in amount from woman to woman so each person has to evaluate whether they are experiencing an abnormal amount.
